The Opportunity:

• MM5 location – eligible for rural incentives
• Mixed billing – bulk billing for concession card holders
• 70% of billings or $180/hour guarantee for the first 3 months
• Take over a full patient base from a long-standing GP
• Flexible appointment lengths – 15-minute standard consults, with options to adjust

• 6 consult rooms
• Strong nursing and reception staff
• Best Practice software
• Onsite pharmacy, physiotherapy, and podiatry
• Practice owner is a GP and actively involved in the practice
